Tiddo Securities Limited was incorporated as a limited liability company on 15th October, 1990, and commenced business operations in January, 1991. The company is a dealing member firm of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as Broker/Dealer and Issuing House/Financial Adviser. It is also licensed to operate as Broker/Dealer on the NASD OTC Market.
Tiddo Securities Limited currently has an authorised share capital of N1,200,000,000 (One Billion, Two Hundred Million Naira) made up of 2.4 Billion ordinary shares of 50k each and paid-up share capital of N1,018,160,000 (One Billion, Eighteen Million, One Hundred and Sixty Thousand Naira) made up of 2,036,320,000 (Two Billion, Thirty Six Million, Three Hundred and Twenty Thousand) ordinary shares of 50k each.
